About this role :

We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our Key Account Team - Polish Market in our office in Warsaw. In Poland we operate the domain and manage the community of Pepper.pl, the biggest  online shopping platform in Poland and top affiliate in the local industry. As KAM Team  we focus on the commercial side of the business, negotiating higher commissions, exclusive voucher codes, and market leading deals with global players like H&M, Adidas, ASOS and TUI, as well as local SME brands. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and build relationships within a portfolio of top and medium sized brands in the Polish market across Pepper.pl Kupony and Pepper.pl community domain
  • Drive results amongst partners by consulting their needs of the couponing / deals channel
  • Secure market leading codes and deals
  • Sell exposure opportunities and promotional packages
  • Work creatively with our partners to fulfill their immediate and wider business goals
  • Prepare campaign reports and analysis for effective long-term growth
  • Collaborate with other departments as well as with colleagues from other countries
  • Participate in wider project work as and when required
  • Build and present performances reviews
  • Work strategically with the editorial teams to promote brand partners 
  • Represent the company at industry events and any other additional duties as and when required

 

Your Profile

  • 2 years relevant work experience, preferably in (affiliate) marketing / sales / account management / partnership management
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Dedication, self-motivation, and able to work both independently and in a team
  • Analytical skills- you learn fast and feel comfortable with using varied business intelligence tools
  • Good partner relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Intercultural awareness and the ability to work in a dynamic matrix organisation
  • Excellent Polish language skills and fluency in written and spoken English
