We are looking for a high-energy professional to join us in Paris for a 3 to 6-month internship. You will work on a variety of strategic initiatives alongside the Leadership Team. As a Marketing and Communications intern you will work closely with the Head of Product & Marketing and CEO, to lead the internal and the external narrative of Indeez with key market stakeholders. It provides you a significant opportunity to shape and evolve the fastest growing insurtech brand. Thereby influencing the growth trajectory of the Indeez and helping cultivate a vibrant B2B and B2B2C community.

The role of Marketing and Communications intern will report to the Head of Product & Marketing and will entail the following duties (with support of Junior analyst already on the team):

-Execute Indeez’s content marketing strategy: You will be responsible for creating engaging B2B content formats such as blogs, white papers, infographics, and demo videos, supervising the content creation pipeline in collaboration with the design team, and ensuring alignment of all content with the company’s tone, brand, and mission.

-Optimize Indeez’s content marketing and SEO strategies by leveraging KPIs and industry trends to ensure timely, engaging content, while optimizing for SEO to boost organic traffic and search rankings.

-Overseeing social media and digital channels (LinkedIn, website… ): Oversee and optimize the performance of key social media and digital channels, including LinkedIn, corporate blogs, and other relevant platforms, Conduct comprehensive research and analysis pre and post-campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness within limited budgets.

- Product Marketing and Go-To-Market: Manage marketing and communications for new product and client launches

- PR Management: Responsible for crafting and disseminating press releases, orchestrating media interactions, and nurturing relationships with journalists and media outlets to effectively communicate Indeez’s key messages and achievements**

What you will bring

Background:

• You are an MBA student from top tier schools and universities in France or abroad seeking an internship to challenge and further develop your expertise.

• You have relevant experience (including previous internships) demonstrating strong understanding of content marketing principles and strategies, particularly within a B2B context.

Skills:

• You are a fast learner, curious and able to problem solve, capable of developing innovative content ideas and solutions.

• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

• You are familiar with various digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems (WordPress, Buffer, Mailjet, Canva and Figma)

• You have strong analytical abilities, allowing you to interpret data and metrics to measure content performance and optimize strategies.

• You thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

• You are fluent in English: this is our working language! French is not compulsory but you are welcome to practice at our weekly “Café Français”!
