The team of 40 people, managed by CMO Paul Lemonnier, is composed of several squads: SEO, Resellers, Product Marketing, Growth, Country Marketing, Brand, Design, and Video.
Between creativity and technical expertise, they make the Ringover brand shine and propel us to the forefront of the FrenchTech scene.
Tech
A team of 70 people, managed by the CTO and co-founder, Ludovic Rateau, divided into teams:
- DEV: Web, Mobile, Dashboard, Integrations, Tools, Innovation,
- PRODUCT: Design, Management, and Marketing,
- INFRASTRUCTURE: System, DevOps, Q&A, Data, R&D, API.
They are the originators of every innovation at Ringover! In 2023, they developed two new products, Cadence (Automated Prospecting) and Empower (Conversational AI), which enabled our clients to reach another level of performance.
Sales
The Sales team has 70 people managed by Sales Director Thomas CLOTTEAU and Country Managers Johanna ARIAS (Spain), Ross Slogrove (UK), and Andrew HEILMAN (USA), divided into teams: Outbound, Inbound, Channel, Solution Engineering, Partners.
The team achieved over 50% annual growth in 2023 and signed 5000 new clients.
HR
An HR team of 14 people managed by the HR Director, Bénédicte PALISSE, divided into 3 teams: Payroll & People Administration, Recruitment, Office Management.
They support Ringover's exceptional growth, with over 100 people recruited in 2023. From office well-being to sensational annual seminars, they shape a corporate culture where every employee thrives.
Finance & Legal
A Finance & Legal team of 12 people managed by CFO, Sébastien DELETANG, composed of Accounting, Legal, Financial Control, and Customer Risk Management teams.
This team enables us to reconcile compliance with the pursuit of our international aspirations.
Care
The Care team is made up of 50 collaborators managed by Juan ABELLA, composed of the following teams: Customer Success Management, Support, Portability, Learning & Quality.
Our CARE team provides us with the opportunity to build lasting relationships with our customers by immersing them fully in the Ringover experience.
Operations
The Operations team of 7 people, also managed by Juan is composed of the Ops, Data & CRM teams.
