We are now looking for an ambitious and hands-on Junior Deployment Strategist to work as part of a driven and creative team of Geo-Data Scientists, Product Designers and Professional Services experts, to deploy software solutions against some of the most significant challenges, cities and transport operators are facing. As a Deployment Strategist, your role will be key in empowering our customers to use our solutions to their best advantage, ensuring it helps their teams address their defined use cases: you will take part in developing our Customer Success programme, Professional Services offering and Product strategy, contribute to the building and improvement of features and insights, leading to the creation of a great user experience.
You will support the Deployment Strategists team in engaging with a range of B2G/B2B customers :
You will be the primary point of contact for our B2G/B2B customers in France and Belgium
Conduct regular meetings (periodic business reviews and operational check-ins) with all the stakeholders of the client’s organisation, project team and sponsors, in order to understand the critical questions they need to answer, locate their biggest pain points, build bespoke solutions, and develop long term relationships
Define and drive a success plan with each of your customers to ensure optimal delivery of each of their objectives and use cases
Identify relevant datasets through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows, and coordinate with Vianova’s Engineering and Data teams to integrate the data into a stable and extensible pipeline
Build and execute processes around onboarding of new customers, and contribute to a knowledge library that helps win and retain customers
Lead training sessions to ensure that the solutions are meeting customers needs, and to ensure they are being used comprehensively enough to have concrete impact on their operations
Structure, manage and monitor the projects’ commercials, schedule and scope, ensuring their deployment according to company standards and customer needs
Conduct ad-hoc analyses, produce strategic recommendations to customers, and present the results of our work to external audiences ranging from analysts to C-level executives
Work cross-functionally with the Engineering and Product teams to escalate and integrate customer requirements into Vianova solutions offerings
Support customer users with their technical issues and questions, according to Vianova’s service level agreements
Collaborate with the Sales team to manage each account effectively, driving subscription renewals, identifying upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities at existing customers
Scope out potential engagements with new stakeholders and deliver pre-sales demos and presentations as required

We are looking for someone with:
Master’s degree graduate or equivalent from a leading university, business school or engineering school
Fluency in French
Fluency in English ; skills in other languages would also be appreciated
Excitement about software solutions to deliver better transportation in cities
Ability to synthesize disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what the most important problem is, what the data means, what the product needs, what users are motivated by, and where the impact could be
Strong analytical reasoning and curiosity, a sharp intuition for product, and a strong degree of user empathy to ultimately empower our clients to make better decisions
